I recently began working with a seller who would be relocating her family out of state. She expressed to me that ideally, she would pack up and leave by a certain date, and have me take care of getting her property ready to list after they vacated the home and left the state. She needed paint, some updates to a bathroom, and a move out cleaning scheduled. I reached out to a couple of contractors I knew, but they didn’t have availability to do the work for a few weeks. I was hoping to have the listing live within 2 weeks! I made a Facebook post in search of a contractor who could take the job on very short notice. I received a response from Eric Gomez straight away, letting me know that he could make his team at E & S Remodeling available and get it knocked out the following week, and he absolutely delivered! 🙌🏻 He and his colleague, Tyler, understood the assignment and the budget! They made great suggestions and got the work done within a week as promised. They went above and beyond the scope of work intended, taking care of a few maintenance items that I had intended to knock out myself before listing, and they did a spectacular job cleaning up after they finished working! They even broom cleaned the floors! 5 Star Service - ⭐️Highly Recommend⭐️
